Ground For Dissent: GI Coffeehouse West Coast Tour Friday–Saturday, February 21-22: Fri 4-11pm, Sat 10am -11pm, at Veterans Community Media Center, 1720 Market Street. Conversations and discussions highlighting the effects and usefulness of the current coffeehouse movement in various military bases around the country as ways to empower and disseminate information to GIs.
